Information you send
The inquiry form collects your name, contact details, preferred reply method, borough, optional ZIP code, service, timing, job description and any items and room names selected in the estimate builder. Do not put sensitive personal information in a custom room name. Please do not send payment card details, identification documents or other sensitive documents through the form.
How it is used
Your information is used to review your request, contact you about the work, prepare a quote and manage the resulting service inquiry. Sending an inquiry is not a subscription to marketing messages and does not reserve an appointment.
Where inquiries go
The website is hosted by Netlify, which processes and stores form submissions and helps filter spam. When enabled, inquiry notifications are sent to IDDQD’s fixed private Telegram chat. Direct emails use the business mailbox; automatic email copies of form submissions are not currently enabled. These providers process information to deliver their services. Inquiries are not displayed publicly on the website.
Other ways to contact us
If you choose WhatsApp, text, phone, email or TaskRabbit, you are using the selected provider’s service and its privacy practices also apply. Photos sent through WhatsApp are handled through that service; this website form does not accept photo uploads.
Website requests and source information
The form may include the page where you inquired, the referring website hostname and campaign labels from the link you used. This helps us understand how customers find the service. Hosting providers also process ordinary connection and security information, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the website. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the connection information needed for that request.

Turning analytics off stops future collection and removes accessible first-party Google Analytics cookies. The room builder itself does not use tracking cookies.
Access and retention
Inquiry information is limited to the people and services involved in responding to and managing the work. Records are kept as needed for that purpose and any applicable recordkeeping obligations.
