Confirm material suitability, actual room layout, preparation and any agreed extras. Applicable licensing, permit and building requirements must be confirmed before work is accepted.

Are flooring materials included?
No. The listed service is labor-only. You supply the flooring. Share the product details when requesting a quote so the installation requirements can be reviewed.
Which flooring types are covered?
Click-lock laminate, vinyl plank and engineered wood have listed installation estimates. Hardwood, tile, carpet, repairs, sanding, refinishing and other flooring work can be selected for a reviewed quote. Product, condition and preparation affect the final scope.
Does the quote include subfloor repair?
The room-size click-lock estimate assumes a level and dry subfloor. Repair, leveling and extra preparation are separate quoted work. Select the relevant request and describe any known issues before booking.
How do I estimate the room size?
For a rectangular room, multiply its length by its width in feet to get approximate square feet. For irregular rooms, send a sketch or break the space into rectangles. The actual layout and installation scope still need confirmation.
