Before you book.

A clear list makes a clearer quote. Here is what happens between your first message and the finished work.
1. Share the actual job
Use the calculator for individual items or create named rooms. Add furniture, TV, flooring and mounting requests to the same list. You can skip the room starters and choose items directly. Your inquiry can also be sent without using the calculator.
- Furniture: model or product link, quantity, full wardrobe layout and any disassembly or anchoring needs.
- TVs: screen and bracket model, wall photos, placement and any old-TV takedown.
- Floors: material, approximate room sizes, existing condition, preparation and finishing needs.
- Other mounting: product, quantity, dimensions, approximate weight, wall and placement.
2. Review a quote that fits
Known calculator rates create an estimated labor subtotal. Custom work stays marked quote-required. Confirm the complete scope, materials and hardware responsibilities, any preparation or travel costs, the final price and requirements before the job is accepted. Room lists help describe the work; they are not an automatic package discount.
3. Confirm a date and the right paperwork
Availability is Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–8 p.m., by appointment. Your preferred date is a request until it is confirmed. Tell us about stairs, elevators, deliveries, parking, building rules or required documentation. Licensing, permits and suitability must be addressed for the actual scope. Where a signed contract or cancellation notice is required, those documents are separate from the website inquiry.
4. Get ready for the work
Have the agreed products, compatible brackets or materials available. Explain missing parts, damage, damp or uneven floors, unusual wall conditions and anything that could change the agreed work. Confirm access and the preparation needed for your particular project.
5. Review the result and agreed payment
Review the completed work together and raise questions directly. Pay using the method and schedule agreed for the job. The website takes no payment. Any packaging removal, disposal or extra work must be confirmed separately rather than assumed included.
